About The Essay –

The final writing piece of the fall 2022 spring semester combined almost everything we learned into one. We had to read, write, research and develop our very own thesis based on one of the readings we read in the other portion of our FIQWS class. I wrote about Shirley Jackson’s classic piece, “The Lottery”. This assignment challenged us students but making us have to look even deeper into the text to be able to form a thesis worth fighting for. In the end it cultivated to be a very fun and well worded piece I am proud to share with you. Take a look at my Critical Research Analysis paper and the steps it took to get there !
